WEEKLY/BIWEEKLY SERVICE PAYMENT POLICY

PAYMENT POLICY

If we arrive to your pool and the gate is locked, we cannot wait to be let in. This will be considered a successful attempt and you will be still charged. If any issues arise because of missed service (i.e. algae, clarity) this will be an additional charge to fix.

Payment is due the 1st of the month and considered late the 10th. A $25 late fee will be administered. If not paid by the 21st of the month, service will be frozen untill brought current. If not brought current by 30th, 2% interest will be administered on outstanding balance every 30 days until brought current.

All services (except weekly/bi-weekly pool service) payments are due at time of completion. If not paid within 10 business days, there will be a $25 late fee. If not paid within 15 days a 2% interest applied every 30 days on outstanding balance and legal action could be taken.
